Considering English often has several words that mean the same thing, it is funny that there is not actually a single word meaning 'adult-offspring' that can be comfortably used in conversation.
' My Children' immediately implies young people, until
you explain their ages.
'My Adult-Offspring' just sounds Off.
'My Grown-Up Kids' is effectively 3 words.
'My Kid-ults' seems made up and implies adults who still act like kids.
I guess it just comes back to 'My Adult children'
