No, they actually have a no 18-wheeler policy. There are a lot of gas stations but Buc-ee's has a lot of cool stuff inside and as @celticrose mentioned, super clean restrooms. They cater to the road tripper and not as much towards the truckers like most of the other gas stations seem to do. They used to be in small towns along the highway but they've been popping up in bigger cities lately

Most of the time people have the phone volume up as loud as it can go so I can't have a normal conversation with someone in my inside voice. People that are just taking a call in public are usually using their inside voice and not forcing their conversation upon everyone around them.
