I work tech support for a cellphone company. I've actually had someone run over their phone and ask if it was still covered by warranty. Also, a lot of people assume putting it in rice will magically deactivate the liquid detector after dropping it in the pool/river/ocean/lake. It really doesn't.

It's not okay when everyone is leaving and the store is dark. That stops being nice and starts being asinine. Also, I have had people try to stop me as I was getting into my car after my shift to help them. No. If someone is obviously off the clock, do not approach them.

This reminds me of me and my dog. Never did I think I would willing pry open the jaws of a 70lb pitbull with my bare hands and reach inside. The things we do to protect the from themselves.
