my place wrote fixed minimal revenue from tickets into state budget, in other words it the police extort fixed amount of money - gonna have a bad time - whenever was people that bad, or not. (or worse, - jail does not count, only money). other places like london have it own, yet still vile way.

co2 emissions reducing is a tool of depopulation (getting less people on the world) (water used to be free, they gonna sell air, some people will die without clean air), and extinction of animals (they're producing heating gases, as methane (cows), and co2).
also virus->social distance->less kids (people being farer, so not getting closer many more times)
