Today I didn’t have time to present so now I have more time I freak out. I will definitely use this tomorrow before my presentation.

Take a break sometimes. Look around for something you never noticed before. It's okay to slow down if you need to. Slowing down is okay. Breathe. Relax. Enjoy yourself.
