The problem is, I consider myself slightly below less-than-average intelligence when it comes to machine hardware and software. Every 3D Printer I look at seems like it needs some fiddling with calibration, settings, internal stuff, and considering my patience with such things, as I've tried a 3D Printer DIY kit before, with a solid fail on my part, I just wish I could get a printer that just works out of the box without all the finneagling and mussing with the inner workings

I don’t know about the hardware, but I do know about some cheap/free software you can use to easily make and upload your object to the printer

My school has 2-3 3D printers and I can give you a few tips on actually using the thing. I don’t know about set up. Sorry
