What’s up?

I'm thinking of writing a novel in with it show 2 aspects of future life..like in one part, cancer and almost every diseases is cured and science is very developed there's no terrorism etc...on the other side population is very high because people are not dying as they used to(due to everything being cured) and most jobs are taken over by robots hence 70% of the world stays unemployed and the economic structure gets fucked up

If you're going to have a setting that isn't unique (which is perfectly fine) then your characters/plot need to be extremely engaging and dynamic to make it interesting. So think about what kinds of stories you would want to hear from such world and start telling those stories.
Here's some things you can think about to develop the world into something more original: Without disease, how do people die? What crimes are being committed? How do humans relate to robots/technology? Are some parts of the world more advanced than others? What are race/gender relations like? What does society value? What do unemployed people do? What aspects of life are scientists looking to improve now?
You don't have to be able to answer every question but use them to explore different ways to develop your story.

@blazingfrags- don’t worry too much about “Simpson’s did it.” In 10,000+ years it’s all been done, and most stories at their core are very similar. Sci-fi and fantasy perhaps especially. (Non hard) Sci-fi is more about exploring social, philosophical, ethical and technological or other ideas through a lens that distances them from our world and makes it easier to see objectively. It’s not even so much about having something new to say as it is about having something worth saying and saying it in an interesting and relatable way. In (good, non hard) sci fi the story is never about what is going on but about the questions in the background. The setting and everything else is just a set up to frame your hypothetical question so the reader can suspend disbelief at the journey you take them on. In other words you’re setting up a really fat out scenario in which a question can be posed but make sense.

It seems in brief the question you’re asking is wether advances in science and technology will be a boon or bane. So explore the question. Altered carbon has similar elements at its core as do many other works but that’s ok. You may have different conclusions, ideas, and presentation. What happened when people are living so long? If you’re expected to live to be 200, what does that do to retirement, real estate, etc? If all the jobs are robots what do people do? Where do they find purpose, how do they afford what they need, is it a socialism, a welfare state, is the main cause of death starvation or exposure? Who provides this treatment and what do they expect in return? Who’s at the top of this world and who are it’s lowest? There’s a lot to explore here. Start brainstorming and outlining. As you do you’ll likely have questions or opinions. Follow those and it will tell you the story you need to tell.

In my universe,in the past (equals to the present time in our universe)...some like elon musk is trying to colonize mars but this was soon stopped as there was another cold war so they started funding in armaments....they didnt need it though. At the present time, they started again to colonize mars..some sons of bitchs even tried to mass murder but only some were successfull etc...i know there are many loopholes but ill think of something to cover then..oh yeah and food is very scarce very...like the bees and many creatures in our chain are extinct and the food id produced..there are farms but they grow very less variety of food and also need a complicated climate...at some place(very less places people are cannibals due to no food...so how is it ???
