I'm typing it out so give me a min

Ok the reason why mine was more fucked up than usual was because I was dreaming I was in my grandparents house. Everytime I had a SP dream, the dream always took place in the room I fell asleep in. Also, I always know I'm dreaming. But this time I was in my room at my grandparents house. I was still paralyzed and couldn't move and Chance was sleeping next to me.
All my SP dreams have a shadow monster either across the room or above me, but this time I didnt. Instead, I was trapped on my back and very loud and incomprehensible whispering was going on in my ear. As if thousands of people were trying to talk to me at once and I couldn't think. I had no idea I was dreaming. I could feel their breath in my ear, When I opened my mouth to scream, no sound came out. Only a very soft, raspy puff of air. When the whispering started getting louder I realized that it wasn't in my head, but coming from the vent directly above me. CONTINUED

I forced myself into a sitting position, but it was hard because it felt like someone was pushing my shoulders down, but once I was up all the whispering stopped at the same time. It was 100% silent. I tried shaking chance awake, but he was dead asleep. I stood up and looked into the vent and immediately regretted it. Once i looked into it a voice whispered, "I will drag you back into darkness" and I never felt so much terror in all my life. I couldn't move again, but i felt an evilpresence. The "monster" was coming up the stairs. I could hear every step it took and it kept whispering how it would bring me back into darkness and it sounded more and more angry everytime it said it. Then I started moving backwards towards the bed against my will, as if I was floating. I struggled, but the more I fought, the louder the monster yelled. When I was dragged back to the bed on my back, I could sense the monster right outside the door, slowly turning the knob. I knew it would kill me. CONTINUED

I couldn't sit up anymore, but I could slowly move my arms. Since I couldn't wake chance up, I was able to drag him over my body and throw him on the floor. He woke up and I felt the monster disappear, but the whispering came back. I told chance it was coming from the vent and when he put his ear to it to listen, his face looked so terrified. Then I woke up.
I was crying and I kinda freaked chance out until I explained what happened. I couldn't get back to sleep and I barely slept for the next 3 days after.
That was a few weeks ago and I havent had one sense and I've never had one like that before and now I'm terrified of having another

Sleep paralysis is some scary stuff. Just had it today although it was minor.

Mine are never minor. They always happen when I'm on my back. I make a point to be on my side, even if its uncomfortable
