To each their own, but people need to be realistic that the majority of people will judge them based on piercings they can see. I got my belly button pierced when I was 14. Hasn’t gone away and after two kids, I doubt I’ll ever put a ring back in. It was fun to have when I had a young, cute tummy. No regrets!

I like them, personally wouldn't get any except maybe a belly piercing. I think everyone should be allowed to express themselves, however, imo there is a line when it comes to having tasteful body piercings and then just becoming a walking pin cushion.

I think they're fine, nothing special (like some people think it's cool, I think it's whatever) as it doesn't hurt THAT bad
Too much is never good but people have different thoughts on what is "too much"
Personally, I'd only get ear piercings (already gotten 5, likely to get more), nipples and maybe pussy (I forgot the name for that spot). Lips and nose piercings aren't my thing but some people look pretty okay with them. Eyebrow piercings are dumb (to me)
Some even get them in the fingers

Don’t have any and for the most part don’t mind them on other people with two exceptions. Ear gauges make me wonder how gross their ears are when they are taken out. Nose rings, no matter what location or size lower are a huge turn off. All I can think of is the booger that are collecting on them.

Liking a given piercing depends a lot on the person and the piercing, but ultimately it’s their body so if they want it that’s what matters. For me personally I’ve seen horror stories like cracked teeth from tongue piercings, infections, nipple rings pulled out when they got caught on sheets that were yanked off, or people in fights or being attacked having piercings grabbed and ripped off (through the skin.) I’ve talked to people who knew people who forgot to remove metal piercings or were unaware and were in proximity to very strong magnets with results from funny and briefly uncomfortable to fairly horrifying. Many risks of piercings can be mitigated, but it involves attention, thought, and effort on things I’d rather spend elsewhere. For me I don’t see enough benefit from a piercing to justify the hassle and risks or vulnerabilities. Like suede or the color white- it can look nice but any benefit or attractiveness isn’t worth the risks and extra effort to me. No hate on others.

I personally love body piercings. I have my ears pierced and a belly button ring. I kinda want to get my nose and my cartilage pierced soon, but I’m planing on being a teacher so I’m not sure if a nose piercing would be best. Fair warning though, that split second of your belly button getting pierced, hurts like a bitch.

I have a teacher who has a stud in her nose so at least that is alright.

Well I want to work with younger kids. So idk if that makes a difference.

I'd say that a stud is the most they'd let you have.

Body piercings are super cool. Just dont cover every inch of your skin with them

I was looking into the industrial one, the bar at the top of the ear. Everyone I've talked to said not to do it because it would look bad, just wanted open opinions.

Bars in your ears are a bit iffy because if they get caught on something, itll rip out

@jay2327 My friend has an industrial, it looks good on her but it depends what look you're going for. It doesn't get caught on anything, except sometimes her hair but all piercings around the face have that problem. If you want it then go for it, if you don't like it then take it out (although that would waste money at least you have a choice), it's up to you and how much you want to do it.

I'm not going to pierce anything myself, but I find belly button piercings hot. Indifferent on nips... and honestly... ears I literally don't notice. Nose is cool so long as it's not outlandish, Eyebrow is about the same for ear for me.... tongue can be either hot or not, depends... clit... just.. no.

anyway, for myself.. I'm not gonna get any... I have enough holes.
