Not everyday, it went on for an hour this summer (I had to stop what I was doing and lay down, my coworker was putting on a wet towel on my forehead until it stopped), then stopped for a couple months and now it came back but it's like 2 pinches a week.

As for the location, er... if I were to draw a line dividing my left boob in halves, it would be at 1/5 of that line, starting from the lowest part of said boob. (typing that felt weird x) )

I would strongly, strongly recommend you see a physician. Best case scenario, it sounds like you might have a duct infection. Worst case, it sounds very similar to what you get when you have a tumor/breast cancer.

I'm with @interesting on this one, it might be heart related and in that case I'd make sure you at least talk to a professional about it. Even if it ends up being something like heartburn, it's better to be safe than sorry.

I agree with both @parisqueen @interesting. It is always better to get checked.

And btw I want y'all to know I spent 10minutes fondling my breasts after reading those comments^^ To be totally safe I'm gonna ask my mom which type of doctor I need for tits problems and how to get an appointment. (Not fond about the idea of showing my breasts to someone but also not keen on having an untreated problem so...)

Great. Usually a General practitioner, a surgeon, a Medicine doctor, a Gynaecologist or an Oncologist looks after such problems. I guess, a Gynaecologist will be the best choice.

Breast check ups are important especially when you past 20. You can do a self breast check by touching specific parts of your boob and making sure there aren't any strange lumps (a part from your tissue and milk ducts) but I think it's always best to have a professional check, just in case you miss something.

here's a step by step guide on how to do a Breast Self Examination. It is to be done 7 days after the date of your last periods. Also, if doing during the time of your menses or within 7 days just after they stop you may find a few lumps and they are normal as they form due to incresse in estrogen. So dont worry about that. Do the examination 7th days after the menses and after every cycle.

Thanks a bunch for the links! I'm going to try and check everything. I'm also going to try and fix an appointment with my mom and grandma's gyno, or talk about it with the cardiologist (depending on which appointment will come faster).
Hoping it's just a demon, but at least I feel more reassured knowing what to look for.

So I don't feel nor see anything in the area where I feel the pain. My mom remebered that a few months ago I told her about a zone that felt thicker in my left boob than in the right one and sure enough it's still there. Only feels like a thicker muscle, not a round shape though. And now that I've applied pressure on it it hurts a bit too but I'm the type of person whose imagination takes the wheel to the point I can feel the physical pain of books characters sometimes so... anyways, I'm booking an appointement with a gynecologist asap and we'll know for sure !!

Who knows, it might just be your imagination or bruised tissue. Either way, I'm glad you're seeing a professional to make sure.

So the physician I saw told me it was probably a muscle. She asked if I had trouble catching my breath while doing sport, I don't do sports but I walked 3.5km to come see her without any problem. A friend made me realize I do have a short breath when going up stairs though, but still. She also asked if I had a burning sensation when laying down, which I'm happy to report I don't! If I barf sometimes, also no or very rarely. She told me I should see an osteopath to rearrange my chest muscles.
Still gonna see the gynecologist (have to do it sooner or later anyways) and cardiologist (I want to be sure there's nothing wrong). Thanks for your help and concern y'all!
