I think the social pressure isn't so much having kids but having the 'ideal amount' of 1-3 kids and fitting in. Because I love kids and I want kids when I grow up, but when I tell someone I want five or more kids, I get the "are you crazy?" look. So it probably goes both ways.

That mouse is white, which means it isn't wild. Not that the cat could tell the difference, but perhaps its for the best. Its a cute lil mousie :)

I once did volunteer work with this dude in my grade. We never spoke until he accidentally sent me this grainy photo of a bagel with googly eyes wearing a ghutra in the jungle, and that's basically how we became best friends.

As a movie theater employee, I can confirm that so much of our popcorn either gets tossed or dropped on the floor. The huge bags of kernels are ridiculously cheap, so no one cares if its wasted.

I used to be really awkward and not ugly because I don't really think people are ugly, but definitely not pretty, and guys would ask me out as a joke, and make it obvious that is was a joke, not because they wanted me to say yes but probably just so they could make fun of me for being so weird and 'undateable'. Not every guy/girl acts like this, but it could happen to anyone I think.

From my understanding, I believe it is for modesty. Exposing hair would be immodest, but a wig is not real hair.
