If it was DKK, SEK or NOK, you would be right. I think this is from Iceland (IKR), which would make perfect sense

That has got nothing to do with it. There's more people, yes, but then there's also more money from taxes. Your taxes are just lower that ex. Denmark's, which is about 45%.

I don't know what military time is, but we say fx. 23.00 instead of 11pm or 16.00 instead of 4pm
