I live in Portland...we've had nine snow days this winter. Schools are getting screwed over, and we'll probably be in school making up those days until July...but hey, the elephants are adorable!

I've been there once on the fourth of July last summer for a US missions trip it was really hot. We also went into Reynosa. I've never seen a 4th of July party, and it's very patriotic!
