@celia is right - systematic dilutions of an active ingredient does not make it stronger or more medically potent.

Ads for a game called Choices: Stories You Play. It is an episodic game with various genre 'books'. Kinda like a choose-your-own-adventure type thing. It is not at all like the ads - those who play the game are always confused by the ads as they are clearly made by someone who has not ever played.

How about any of the following journals: Food & Function, Journal of Animal Science, Journal of Dairy Science, Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology, African Health Science, Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, Nutrition, Journal of American Medical Association, or Osteoporosis International? That is just to name a few.

Maybe try reading 'Antioxidative peptide from milk exhibits antiosteopenic effects through inhibition of oxidative damage and bone-resorbing cytokines in ovariectomized rats' in Nutrition or 'Coffee-associated osteoporosis offset by daily milk consumption - The Rancho Bernardo Study' in JAMA.

Furthermore, you do understand what 'peer-reviewed' means, right? It means that these claims are examined and tested by several other scientists within the same field from various locations across the globe. This is not some conspiracy funded by the American government. (Source: An Australian who used to be a biochemist)

Even a quick browse of scientific literature proves this to be wrong. I saw multitudes of recent peer-reviewed articles saying entirely the opposite, including this quote from the Journal of the American College of Nutrition which says "When consumed according to appropriate national guidelines, milk and its derivatives contribute essential micro- and macronutrients to the diet, especially in infancy and childhood where bone mass growth is in a critical phase. Furthermore, preliminary evidence suggests potentially protective effects of milk against overweight, obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, while no clear data suggest a significant association between milk intake and cancer. Overall, current scientific literature suggests that an appropriate consumption of milk and its derivatives, according to available nutritional guidelines, may be beneficial across all age groups, with the exception of specific medical conditions such as lactose intolerance or milk protein allergy."

Also, California probably has the same issue as Australia in that it costs too much to implement better recycling systems.

I have metal straws with silicon tops. They are really good. Cheap too. I've recommended them to someone with such needs as described above. She used to bring her own plastic straws with her anyway, as I'm sure a lot of these guys do.
Australia is currently having similar issues to California. We are getting rid of plastic straws and most plastics because of the harm they do to the environment and marine animals (videos of turtles with straws stuck in their windpipes are just terrifying), and also because China will no longer take our recycling due to too many contaminants. And it blows my mind as to what counts as contaminants - I mean, it makes sense, but the average person wouldn't think of it, and has not been informed when recycling systems rolled out years ago.
