I'm not her but I am losing weight. Lost 30 pounds so far this year. Exercise is nice but diet is where you'll get the best results. You can walk a mile to burn 100 calories or you can replace a can of soda with water and just subtract that 100 from ever entering your system. To me, cutting out food is easier than promising to exercise more and longer.
Instead of eating out or eating a meal that's more indulgent, I've learned to buy some healthy meals (there's some really good ones out there). So I replace a trip out where you'll eat a meal that's most likely 1000 calories and replace it with a meal that's less than 350.
Lets say you do that every day. So you've cut about 700 calories. To lose 1 pound, you need to lose 3500 calories. So that's 1 pound every 5 days. 5 a month on average. over the course of a year, that's 60 pounds. Doing that is easier than walking the 7 miles a day you'd need to exercise to lose the same amount. You don't need to make big changes, just small.

I'll be honest, I never got the height thing. I'm 5'9 or 5'10 (I've been measured by various doctors and it just fluctuates because I'm weird) and I just like women. Are you short? Cool. I find you to be cute. Are you tall? Worry not, because I like tall women as well.
I've only ever encountered someone who admitted that she cared about height. Granted, she was 6 ft, so maybe she didn't want to bend down to kiss but I was right there in her face, so she wouldn't have to. Whatever.

doing nothing is also a solution. I mean, how long does it take to update most times? A few minutes. I can say that almost all of my updates are done in less than 10 minutes for sure. Is that really such a long wait in exchange for either a security issue being fixed or bugs being fixed?

I love talking with people. It's one of the reasons I like to use uber. I work for a tech firm in Utah so things get pretty samey. Same kinds of people, upper middle class white people from SLC. But with uber, you get all kinds. I met an army chaplain, never met one of those before. He served in Afghanistan. I met a parent who ubered to pay for a vacation he wanted to give his family. A student who ubered on the weekend. A single worker like me who just ubered to and from work and it allows him to use the HOV lane. You really do get all types.

In Hawaii, this was pretty common where I lived. There are tight-knit communities of families. Some would even have family reunions on the beach and they were huge. It's like 200+ people. I barely know of my cousins' existence.
