Then relax momentarily before inhaling again. Feel free to place arms in a position of comfort; such as hanging loosely at sides, in your pockets, or falling gently from in front of your chest down to your sides and outstretched again as if one is meditating.

Pause a few seconds and then exhale in a slow controlled manner through your nasal passage if possible. If nasal passage is not possible, purse your lips together to create a small opening, thus somewhat imitating the nasal passage opening.
