The one on the right seems like she bleached her hair blond and then her natural brown hair started to grow

Ombre should be gradient, that's the point of it. The one on the left is not very deep, but does not occur as suddenly.

I have an ombré...it's black to brown to light brown and then blonde. Now I feel like I look stupid. :,(

I haven't even seen your hair, but the way you explained how it looks doesn't sound bad at all. You have a change in colour, but it's gradual. It's not like it's black to blonde (like the pic on the right) ... I'm pretty sure it looks AWESOME! :D

My moms hair goes from brown to a kind of orangey blonde and its so pretty but she's always been self conscious about it which stinks because it soooooo pretty. Its natural not an ombré.

It's this craze going on with girls hair. It's supposed to fade slowly from dark to light starting at the roots. The girl on the left is most girls goal. The one on the right looks like she had bleached her hair and then let her roots grow out. I'm a guy too but the only reason I know this is because my ex was obsessed with this style.

This is how ombre is supposed to look! It drives me crazy when people actually try to get the look on the left. You look like your roots are just out of control.
