Soda and juice are some of the biggest reasons why Americans gain weight because its pretty much flavored sugar and syrups. Both are super bad for you and if you do cut it out you see a huge difference.
I used to be addicted to drinking sprite which is weird because it didn't even have caffeine in it. But I just loved the taste and all the sugar, drinking up to 6 cans a day. But now I don't drink it anymore and all I drink is water, juice or tea. I DO feel a lot better though because I rarely drink soda.
