That's actually not a toilet it's this water fountain thing I forget the name but its mostly used in Europe to wash feet an what not and what have you, the thing next to her with the top Down is the toilet 0-0 least I'm pretty sure

Yeah, you're right. A while back, they were used to wash your butt too. I was washing my feet once in my grandma's and I fell back and broke my arm
