'winkel' is dutch for a store, so it's basically an underwear store :)

No prob xD and it's pronounced v-uh-nkel, not wh-ee-nkel in case you were wondering. The entire sentence means "available at the better lingerie store"

I have a friend (i know, SHOCKING) who is dutch, and one time on the phone he told me he had a new job. (Some clothing store) but he forgot the word store and just said it in dutch. So he said: hey, i got the job in that clothing... Erhm... Winkel. And i was like: what did you say?! But then i realised winkel was dutch for store.
