You could also pack them into shotgun shells, make diamonds with them (to edge a blade with), incorporate them into metal for a knife, and much more.

Synthetic maybe, but not a real diamond. That's coal only

Synthetic diamonds are diamonds. Same properties, same makeup. They have few differences. If anything, the synthetic one would have less impurity.
