Wouldn't he be Ariel's uncle? Triton is Hercules's cousin since their fathers (Zeus & Poseidon) are brothers...

Yeah I thought it was great uncle at first, but it turns out that Triton and Hercules are first cousins, so when you go one generation down it means they're first cousins once removed :P
