That's not true... People in all seriousness, if you have trouble sleeping or wake up at night constantly, you might have insomnia or something is troubling you. You should see a doctor for sleeping pills, or find a way that helps you sleep. When you get a good nights sleep you feel much better the next day.
This could actually be true, as im type 1 diabetic and my mum or dad come in and test my levels at 2 and i normally wake up when there standing in front of me
