I understand if you don't know how to use a CPU but when you don't bother to learn and expect me to do everything for you, I'll be pissed.

Wowww. Tad harsh dude. Maybe not everyone grew up in the age of the internet or is privileged enough to even own a computer..? I don't see her seeking help as refusing to "learn new things and accept new tech"
