Hang in there it gets easier trust me coming from a parent who had a newborn with a hernia she would sleep for about two hrs and be up for four or so hrs.
10 mo and 3 years. The 3 year old has finally obtained a fairly decent sleep pattern just before the second was born. The newbie hasn't gotten used to blocking out my animal hoarder dogs barking at random hours all through the night. She has like 15 dogs, 30 cats, rabbits, and at least one raccoon. No joke. Our township won't do anything about it because she's friends with the mayor.

Wow now I understand the trouble my daughter was 6 when my second was born so it was a bit easier. Do you have animal control that can do anything about it?
Lol. Nope. She's supported by the local animal control. She "fosters" the animals and they pay her. Wish they did well checks. Her flea problem has infested my house and I've spent hundreds to try and control it. And her plumbing hasn't worked in at least two years per the town plumber. He refuses to enter the home after one of his employees immediantly quit after a visit. According to him the house should be condemned and the tub is a litter box.

Wow go above the mayor maybe a neighborhood petition?
Been done. The entire neoghborhood tried. All they won was that she had to get rid of a particular flock of birds she had on her property. But that was before we bought the house...that should have been disclosed beforehand.
