*raises hand* I'm my friends' personal counsellor. Sometimes I wonder where they get the idea I'm the best to go to, since I have zero experience in that department.

Because that one friend has probably watched so many relationships of close friends fall apart, or seen people they loved in less than mediocre relationships, so they have a pretty good idea of how things go down.

It makes sense since they have a fresh, unbiased perspective of it all.

I used to be that friend. But then i told them to go screw themselves because they never took my advice or listened to my suggestions. It was like talking to air. I nominated a new person in "the group" as that person. Now when people try to come to me for their shit i say talk to "blank" now. I'm much happier not being that friend.

Unless their advice is to stay single.
