does people always have to associate terrorist with middle eastern ? this is making me sad. dubai is middle east too, but so many foreigners go and live there. and terrorist means when a person terror people. it doesnt have anything to do with middle east, it's just about the person who do it. this is making me sad. even tho im not a middle eastern.

I agree with the guest. Not all terrorists are Middle Eastern, but because of recent events (9/11, not so recent though) and Isis, I understand the "stereotype". It''s important to remember that not all middle Eastern people are terrorists (duh), and not all terrorists are middle Eastern (a bit harder to remember for some).

Exactly. It's like the Holocaust: a sensitive subject but when can we actually talk about it and not be hunted by the NSA for doing so?

I actually tend to be a medium between customer service and my mom, but she does eventually get a pretty good deal. She is constantly complaining that her internet connection is slow, and both me and the customer support tell her that it is her computer not the service. She has a fairly old computer and she constantly has viruses and adware and whatnot. So I can feel for these people very much.
