gluten causes weight gain a lot faster than gluten-free things. normal people can eat gluten and it's not bad for you, but it's better for losing weight to not eat gluten. there's nothing wrong with eating gluten or not eating gluten.
People how are gluten intolerant (like me) eat GF so we don't get seriously sick or die. They could use GF bread for the burger, but if get it..Good one! But seriously only eat GF if you are intolerant, I had to eat more fibre for me lack of wheat and had to balance my diet for a while while my body adjusted to GF food
