Wash them on a low degree in the wash machine (30°C) so the protein in the blood won't clot (do you say it like that .~.?) and it will come out easier :)
Hope you understand this although the English must be a wreck ^^'
I've never woken up in a pool of blood or anything. My body always tells me before I'm going to start & I'm really good in catching it on time. Well not that I have to worry about that anyways.

I used to not get any warning but now that I'm older it seems like I anticipate it correctly pretty much all the time now. I just feel different.
Before kids, I never used to cramp so there was no warning signs for the time of the month but after I had my kids I cramp and break out the week before so I pretty much know when it's coming

It's nice to know I'm not the only one who gets acne from it. Feels like reverting back to puberty.
I always have this thought like "hmm I wonder how long it's been since I've had my period" and then a few days to a week later I have it. This time I soaked through a pair of white shorts. Life...
My friend throws up and it's so bad she can barely walk. It's super bad at school and her parents won't pick her up unless she vomits, feel so bad for her. :(
No.. eve ate the Apple.. so God gave her and other women periods and birth problems.. women back then didn't really care.. God's punishment to men was work and pressure type stuff. Women probably didn't shave then.. or have bras only a shirt.
With tampons.. they either didn't use them or used a towel or something to cover it..
Oh geez.....I'm sorry I'm only 14 I actually don't know what PCOS is.......

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Little cysts form on the ovaries and can cause hormone inbalaces, infertility, diabetes, and weight gain. The hormone problems can cause excessive hair growth all over your body, including growing a beard
^ basically ya haha. Its like a sack or bubble that forms and fills with liquid until it bursts. I've had an ovarian cyst before and when it burst it was like a hot knife in my abdomen. Once it fully drains though you feel better
As a girl, it makes me happy that this post is helping us and everyone be more comfortable seeing and talking about something we can't control (our periods)
Who put this story board together? No one wants to see this. Us girls don't want to see this on a monthly basis.
Did they make one of a guy throwing away a cum covered tissue. Or waking up all sticky and wet from one of those dreams?
How about skid marks on underwear and a clogged toilet from last nights chipotle dinner?
Some things don't need to be visually shared. We know it happens. We know what it looks like. There's no need to over share like this.
No offense to the poster. Only to the original creator of this.
