If you think about it, trump is actually the perfect candidate. You don't become a multibillionaire by being stupid, so he obviously isn't. He's a businessman and he will surround himself with smart people, the same way he got so much money. Before you say anything about how he said he's going to move all the immigrants out, think about why he would say that, one word: publicity. You think about it and you keep thinking about it and he gets publicity because of it and he gets his name spread around like a wildfire. I'm neither for or against him but I thought this point made a lot of sense when I heard it.

b-but if he's rich can't he buy publicity instead of being so negative about immigrants.

Think about it like this, if he is stupid, why is he so rich? "A small loan of one million dollars." I get it. But just because you have money doesn't mean you know how to spend it. Our country is in debt and if there is anyone who knows how to fix it it is a businessman. And to answer your question, negativity is going to get the most response good or bad as opposed to spending money to put yourself out there.
