On the other side, my mom was the least strict mom I knew. I even asked for a curfew like all my friends had and she said no. I was the one sneaking out at night. Not the friends who had strict parents.
... if you didn't have a curfew why did you have to sneak out? I didn't have a curfew as a teenager, but I needed to tell the parent when I would be back by and who I was with.
My parents have always treated me like I was able to make my own decisions so I guess that's why I never really felt the need to rebel. They let me make my own mistakes (to a certain degree) and suffer the consequences. Only way to learn really
