In german we have a word for this, Vokuhila (which is an abbrevation of "vorne kurz, hinten lang", meaning "short at the front, long in the back")
So... How about Shofroloba? Or Froshobalo.
But aren't dreadlocks pretty much unwashable? People get them as a fashion statement (and I have to admit some people can rock them) but when they want to get rid of them they have to cut their hair altogether because they can't brush it or wash it properly with dreadlocks, or so I've heard.
