Aw, obese kids are so heartbreaking. My son saw this very obese little girl at his school meeting one day and he got really self conscious about his own weight. He has a tiny roundish belly but is in no way fat. I kept having to tell him that's natural for a young kid. The second time we saw the little girl my kid was visibly upset. He kept poking at his little belly and finally asked me why the girls parents didn't take care of her. His concern for this other little kid almost made me cry
