How introverts make friends

I noticed my fellow introvert reading the same book as me ans just stared at her intensely until she started talking to me

While I'm usually an introvert, I get bored as hell in class so I start talking to people I already know and other people join in and I become friends with them. Basically all of the friends I have were gained by being at the right place at the right time.

I'm the grandma friend
Of course I adopt people

Hoping this happens to me next year at college

This is so accurate it hurts.

Lots of introverts are not social misfits. They can be outgoing and love company.

I can confirm this is how I ended up in my friend group.
