I see so many people doing this. It's incredibly frustrating.

This is so sad, especially if you try to see the best in everyone. But what if your idea "stimulates" that person to become an improved version of him/herself? Sometimes you are, like, 75% of your potential and when someone believes in you they help you reach your fulfillment as a person... Oh, I don't know if I made myself clear :(
