Try teaching medieval peeps about Habib and Ibrihim. Please they also portrayed him as a white guy with blonde hair. Was just a way of making it relatable.

They were the English versions of their Hebrew names. But unlike the current middle east names their names really were Jacob and Isaac. Those are classic Hebrew names.
