there is no way they are going to google ray johnson in the google search bar. They have specific things they check. They have millions of different things on ray johson in google it is highly ineffective and unreliable no employer with sense is gonna do it.
Depending on where you apply they will check a lot of places and I wouldn't rule out Google, and there are certainly ways to query people more specifically to produce better results.
