Not meaning to sound racist, just stating facts. Looking at aboriginal culture from when the Colonists arrived, They were in a deadspot on a clock, Their culture was not evolving, the majkority were unable to have any contact with different cultures due to their modes of transport. They hadn't even started developing Agriculture. One of the base steps to take a culture forward. So yes, Eventually, they may have gotten to this level. But no time within 2-3 centuries
Not only do you sound racist you sound ignorant too, there was international trade with Indonesia and there is indigenous DNA in the there population. As for agriculture they were here for over 50,000 years the colonists can and had farms that didn't produce enough to live on as the soils are so poor. Spend an hour on Wikipedia before you insult a entire group of people
Oh no, Wikipedia... My greatest werakness, I live in autralia, My best friend is Aborginal and I live on a farm without any chemicals being used for the soil. We produce a livly hood completey fine. In fact much of australa has quite fertile soil. It is the Arid Enviorment that destroys crops. Secondly, yes there was trade for the tribes on the Northen side of the country. Yes they had diets of a wide variety and some small amount of crops. But they didn't have enough to sustain a growth. Which, In case you guys didn't notice. Was the point i was making. Aboriginal Culture would not have reached where current cultures are in the amount of time since colonization.
