You can definitely knock them out depending on the type. Yes, there are some plugs that screw together from each side. The solid ones you just slide in (saddlebacks) are easy to knock out and sometimes fall out all on their own :/ This guys look like saddlebacks so happy knocking :) (that sounds a little weird, sorry)
