Aah. Yaaash. But when the sadness kicks in... The drill goes to the back of the mind. Also when you are sad your energy levels also go down. So all I can do is just sit there listening to those songs and re-living my miserable life.
I know how that feels. But I still put a sad song and dance, aaaand most of the time cry like crazy while dancing, ends up sobbing on the floor. It feels good afterwards. Really is. So.. don't just sit and listen, express and let it all out so there is no more. Until the next phase comes, that is :)

I listen to songs until I am so sad that I don't have any energy left and I fell asleep.
Whenever I feel low, depressed, stressed, sad, etc. I just sleep. Even when I get excessively happy I sleep.
