There's nothing indicating she's saying sweet nothings. She might be family of some sort bring bad new. Or a friend or family of a friend. Also it's probably a security camera up high. I doubt they care it's there.

His body language is pretty clear: he is extremely attracted or devoted to her, which can be understood by the angle his head is tilted and by his attempt to keep still in a “stressful” situation that is being in front of a beloved one to which probably you have not professed your live, judging by how much he struggles to keep formal. Plus, what kind of shit relative would leave you after bad news? Is someone leaves you crying alone is because they were te cause of it

You can't get body language reads very accurately from a single frame. I often have my head in my hand like that cause I find it comfortable. You can't tell if he's trying to keep still from literally a single frame. Plus I know quite a lot of people that would leave after giving news like that. Shitty people a very common thing.
