Good luck with that. Cheapest childcare I could find was $120 a week for 1 kid 8 hrs a day. And that wasn't in a facility or school, it was an inhome unlicensed.
Is this person even aware how little that money is? If you find someone that works that much for $300 per month, you better hold to that person forever
