A prank I can get behind

That's not a prank. It's protest against the goverment. Atleast in germany. In germany people do the same (but mostly with fake weed with low thc) because cannabis is forbidden & thats a way of protesting here. It's funny when suddenly everywhere weed is growing in the city etc..
