Good Samaritan stops cyclist from hitting a parked car

Well, he's not riding on the road. He was pulling a stoud, dangerous stunt which was pretty obviously going to end in him either getting hit or hitting something/someone. As long as you use even a modicum of common sense you should not have to worry about this situation.
