When kids act like that it is time to tell them who really gets them the gifts and next year it will be nothing if they think they are entitled like that.
With our daughter we tell her every year Santa gives her gifts to remember Jesus was a gift to us. Also Santa can't always give all kids everything they want. Some must be kind and ask for small gifts so he can still give gifts to kids who don't have homes. (We give a toy or 2 each year to toys 4 tots in her name.) We also tell her Mrs. Clause gives gifts to those who ask for small gifts so others can have gifts. Mrs. Clause gives things to cook and craft. This year Mrs. Clause will be giving her some craft stuff like art supplies and she been wanting her own jewelry making kit. Year after she be 12 and she wants a wood burning kit. Each year Mrs. Cluase gives her cookies, brownies, pudding, jello, and cakes to make. Plus sprinkles and candy decoration stuff. See that way she gets the fun of having candy, sweets, and leanrs to cook
