Sometimes we don't realize how someone helped us out and we misjudge the situation. When my wife quit drinking , I called/text the kids/ family and friends to congratulate her on making it the first week. Didn't want her to know what i did. She got upset with me because i hadn't congratulated her so she thought I wasn't supporting her.
