oh thank goodness! I thought it was just my computer! for some reason youtube worked on my phone but not my comp. (I tried my phone after about an hour because I dont like watching it on my small screen but cat videos wait for no man)

From what I heard they discovered a security problem with G+ and tried to shut it down, forgetting that Youtube was linked to G+.
