Family dinners then and now

And there is usually a tv in front of my face.

We have a rule of no phones at the table. TV has to be off unless the news is on.
Mom hates missing the weather on there, and she doesn't like waiting until the 9/10 o'clock news.

And also you can't forget the
"I GOTTA TAKE A PIC FOR INSTA!"

When the family eats we are not allowed to use phones. It only goes for the kids though.
