Poor people don't always smile. They are more vulnerable to bad things happening. Poor people much more vulnerable to death, injury, loss of a loved one, disease, etc. So do you STILL think poor people always smile?
All they are saying is that poorer people tend to enjoy the little things more on life. Rich people don't, as they can get most, if not all, of the things they desire.
There's a video explaining that the first feeling of love is equated with being told you've won somewhere around $267,000. The study went further and discovered that the happiest you can be, where money is concerned is around $75,000 per year. Anything added to that and your happiness can't go any higher, in fact it has diminishing returns, meaning the more money you make in a year, the more depressed it makes you. Thus, hearing you're loved makes you several times happier than making money does, and the more money you have, the less your chances of actually finding a real love. Yet people are so greedy they'll hoard their money because they're told CURRENCY is the most important thing, so if they marry and marry wrong, they won't divorce because so much of their money will be taken in the divorce. Then they become sad, bitter people with a lot of money and no happiness to associate it with.
I'd just like to point out.... that the "poor" are only smiling whilst looking at the camera. Apart from that they look just the same. Maybe they should have let the "rich" people know there were going to be photos.
