Well I disagree on the example. Not because he has a good speech it means his intentions were good. They use the power of speech to attract people and go on with their evil plan. However, I agree with your point he was an evil lunatic. But he was good in war strategy , and smart to rise like he did by himself pretty much and I have read he was good to his pets. Like Castro.
